NTOMB’LELE OCEAN VIEW RULES AND INFORMATION

This document serves as a guideline to the guests to ensure pleasant stay with us. It is the responsibility of guests to familiarise themselves with the contents of the document.
Guests are to note that Ntomblele Ocean View is self-catering establishment, guests need to bring along everything they will need. The first nearby restaurants are 1Km away and shops are 15Km away including take-aways, so, guest must ensure that they have everything.
DIRECTIONS

FROM DURBAN/KING SHAKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, EXIST N3 AT MANDENI/TUGELA MOUTH OFF-RAMP. AFTER TOLL GATE, CHECK NTOMB’LELE OVEAN VIEW SIGN ACROSS THE ROAD .TURN RIGHT TO TUGELA MOUTH TOWN (SHORTLY, YOU WILL SEE A SIGN INDICATES 4 KM). DRIVE STRAIGHT TOWARDS THE SEA-SIDE UNTIL YOU SEE NTOMB’LELE OCEAN VIEW SIGN WHERE THE ROAD CURVES TO GRAVEL ROAND AND TUGELA MOUTH TOWN. ON THE CURVE, TURN TO THE LEFT AS PER THE ROAD SIGN. NTOMB’LELE OCEAN VIEW IS LOCATED 600 METERS ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF THE
GRAVEL ROAD. PROCEED DRIVING UNTIL YOU SEE THE WHITE TYRE ON THE RIGHTHAND SIDE AND THE GATE WITH LIBRA SECURITY ARM RESPONSE SIGN ON THE RIGHT AT THE GATE, PLEASE PRESS THE HORN FOR RESPONSE.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle service is available on request and is outsourced. Prior booking through our host representative is essential for pricing and time scheduling.TO ENSURE THAT EVERYONE’S STAY IS AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE, YOUR CO-
OPERATION WITH REGARDS TO THE FOLLOWING ISSUES WILL BE APPRECIATED.

The Villa’s Administration and/or employees will not be held liable for:

  • Injury or loss of life of any guests whilst on the premises, or using any of the available
    facilities.
  • Any loss or damage due to fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT

You are required to settle the payment prior to arrival. A damage deposit of R2000 is required on
arrival and is refundable within 12 hours after checking out.

HOST’S REPRESENTATIVE / VILLA CARE:

Please contact Mpilo on 0724497279 should you have any problems at your venue. Cleaning
service available at an extra cost (available on request). Please arrange on your arrival.

KEY COLLECTION AND GATE ACCESS

Access information to the premises and the Villa will be provided on arrival. This includes Wi-Fi
logging details and keys to the villa. No Guest may share his/her access information with another
to gain access to the premises. Access is granted per vehicle specific and are not transferable to
another vehicle. Should this rule be broken, access to the premises will be denied to the
transgressor.


GENERAL RULES

  • Please note that Identification is required at the security gate.
  • Access to the residential properties will be controlled at the entrance gate by security.• Office hours are strictly between 07h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday and from 08h00 to
    16h00 on Saturdays and Sundays – unless in case of an emergency.
  • Facilities are available only for guests that have booked into the villas.
  • No guest may share his/her access information with another to gain access to the
    premises. Access is granted per vehicle specific and are not transferable to another
    vehicle. Should this rule be broken, access to the premises will be denied to the
    transgressor.
  • No person shall make or cause any excessive or undue noise which constitutes a nuisance
    to other owners/visitors, in particular after 21: 00 on any particular day. Where objections
    to excessive noise are lodged by residents, the management will take appropriate action.
  • For consideration of other guests, no music/noise is allowed.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of guest(s) without notice or
    refund, for failing to comply with rules or for creating any form of nuisance or annoyance
    which in any way interferes with the quiet or general comfort of other guests. The use of
    car radios is strictly prohibited within the premises.
  • Persons guilty of vandalism or theft will be instructed to leave immediately. Further action
    might be taken.
  • Please do not chop fire wood on the braai area.
  • Please respect our speed limit of 5km per hour.
  • Guests may not bring any pets onto the premises.
  • Do not feed the animals or try interact.

    LAUNDRY
  • Laundry facility is available on site, and is done by house-keeping on request. Pricelist for
    each item is available on request.


WATER USAGE/ABLUTION

  • Please use water sparingly.
  • Please be considerate of other visitors when taking hot showers or baths.
  •  Vehicles may only be washed with management’s approval.
  • We have septic tank systems, so please do not throw any foreign matter or chemicals in
    the toilets or drains
  • Swimming gear must be used all the time.
  • Children using the swimming pool must be under adult supervision.

RECREATION AREAS

  • Cars, motor cycle park at designated area. Security will direct you where to park on
    arrival
  • Use of swimming pools is only permitted to guests booked in the specific villa
  • Swimming in the ocean is only permitted to the designated areas, (near-by official beach)
  • Please take responsibility for children and minors staying with you.
    NB* Children must be accompanied by adults all the time when using the staircase to the
    seaside and when swimming by the pool or ocean/beach.


ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES

  • Picnics: Various picnic packages and prices are available and are shared with guest
    prior to arrival as booking is essential. (Sample pictures available on request) (Picnic
    by the beach, sunset picnics by the beach, Garden/pool picnic)
  • Villa Décor: Welcoming gesture for special occasion. We decorate the villa to set the mood
    for birthdays, anniversaries celebrations. (Sample pictures available on request)
  • Out-Door and Beach activities: A list of various out door and beach activities with
    contact details is shared with guest, as prior booking is essential.
  • Guests can pack own picnic baskets when attending beach and outdoor activities
    if necessary.
  • N.O.V Wellness Beauty Spa: Our inhouse wellness Beauty Spa offers hair-care, facials,
    manicure and Pedicure, Waxing, Hot-stone massage, full-body massage. House calls
    service is available on request with extra fee. Prior booking is essential, for an appointment

Guests are to note that, the above out-door and beach activities are outsourced, Ntomb’lele
Ocean View Management has no control. Companies that provide these services apply the
own set of rules, therefore:

  • Ntomblele Ocean View Luxury Villas and or the owners and employees are not liable for
    any injury/death to any persons whether caused by their own negligence or not, nor for loss
    or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever during partaking in these
    activities


VILLA’S EMPLOYEES

  • Employees are not permitted to clean villas, do washing or run errands. The office can
    arrange for cleaners if required. The cost thereof is R150.00 per day payable in advance
    at the office.

BRAAI FACILITIES

  • Braai facilities are available for each villa. Please bring braai necessities ( coal, fire logs,
    meat) (Use braai at own risk)• No fire shall be lit anywhere in the development, except in such places as may be designated for the purpose by the management and in a properly constructed fireplace.


PARKING

  • Up to two vehicles are permitted per villa. • Please do not leave your vehicle unguarded at the nearby public beach.

DAY VISITORS

  • No day visitors visiting family or friends will be allowed.
  • No guest may share his/her access information with another to gain access to the premises. Access is granted per vehicle specific and are not transferable to another vehicle. Should this rule be broken, access to the premises will be denied to the transgressor.


SECURITY

  • A guard patrols the premises for security reasons only.
  • Please report any suspicious actions or problems regarding security to the management through the whats-sup number provided.


FISH CLEANING AREAÂ

Fish caught should be cleaned and gutted on the beach and washed off in the facility provided, which adjoins the ablution block.

ON DEPARTURE

  • Villas must be vacated before 10h00 on departure date.
  • Keys must be handed in at the security office, personally by the booking holder so that deposit can be processed, if any.
  • Keys and damage’s deposit will be refunded within 12 hours after vacating the premises. • Please report to housekeeping of any damage or breakage, so that it can be attended immediately, in preparation for the next occupant.
  • You will be billed by the owner of the villa for any breakage or damage to the property incurred while using their facilities.
  • Kindly leave a villa as neat and tidy as you would like to find it.
